Redl Technologies GmbH is part of the Redl Group and operates internationally. We stand for intelligent dispensing systems and digital solutions in the catering industry. From precise dispensing to cloud dashboards, we ensure that processes run smoothly and transparently worldwide. To ensure that our systems perform well for our international customers and partners at all times, we are looking for someone who not only understands technology, but can also optimize code in an emergency.
YOUR MISSION:
- Technical Troubleshooting: You are the international contact person (1st/2nd level) for technical challenges. You analyze log data, understand the context, and solve problems via remote access.
- System stability through code: You will improve our web tools (e.g., PHP/Laravel-based dashboards) and perform selective bug fixes in our C++ services. Your goal: To sustainably reduce recurring support issues through better software solutions.
- Knowledge Excellence: You create clear documentation and troubleshooting guides so that our partners worldwide can find solutions quickly and independently.
- Feedback loop: You are the ear on the market and pass on valuable feedback from live operations directly to our development team.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Technical foundation: You have a background in IT, electrical engineering, or mechatronics and have a genuine understanding of how hardware and software interact.
- Solution mindset: You love getting to the bottom of problems. Whether it’s network issues or bugs in the API, you don’t give up until the hardware is up and running again.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and well in English with our international partners.
- Tech stack: You have solid web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, SQL). Experience with JavaScript/PHP or interest in C++ (POCO) is a big plus.
- Self-starter: You work independently, conduct research proactively, and appreciate being trusted rather than micromanaged.
