Service - even without staff

Offering hotel and restaurant guests round-the-clock catering no longer requires staff. Our self-service solutions are uncomplicated and easy to use. Snacks, beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks can be taken from the self-sufficient hotel bar using the room card. The bill is settled at the end of the stay via the hotel bill.

Extended payment options: Alternatively, guests can also pay conveniently by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at all bar machines. An age verification system can also be connected if required.

Smart self-service with card or app

After check-in, guests can use their room card – e.g. with our SILEXA Draft Station guests can pour up to two beers at the same time and pay for them at the end of their stay. The same is possible with the TiPOS Bonus app, which gives customers a QR code on their smartphone that can be read by our self-service devices. Further tapping options are offered by SILEXA & By The Glass for exact eights of bottled wine. Dispensing systems for lemonade, drinks or coffee machines can also be connected via room card or app.
