The Redl Group has developed from our mainstays and is characterized by the individual business units. Above the three subsidiaries is a strong parent company that takes care of many administrative and strategic business processes. Our experts ensure that everything runs smoothly, from accounting to marketing. They ensure that all areas of the company are optimally coordinated and that our team always has the best conditions to do its work successfully.
A STRATEGIC STEP INTO THE FUTURE
With our new building project, we pursued the goal of creating a modern and future-proof company headquarters that meets the growing requirements for production, storage and customer presentation.
SUSTAINABILITY AND EFFICIENCY
The new location, which commenced operations in March 2023, sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability. The building is powered by a robust 220 kWp photovoltaic system and is equipped with a modern heat pump that utilizes over 2,500 meters of deep drilling to provide both heating and cooling. This makes the building particularly energy-efficient. Additionally, rainwater is drained onto the property itself, which also contributes to ecological sustainability.
The new location offers three times as much storage space as before and a production facility that enables us to manufacture multiple product lines in parallel and respond individually to customer requests. The production and office areas have also been tripled, and modern social spaces provide optimal working conditions. A special highlight is the large, interactive showroom covering approximately 300 square meters, in which our product range is presented in various application scenarios.

TRADITION AND INNOVATION
Over the decades, the Redl Group has continuously developed from new business ideas. The roots of the company go back to 1966, when Hermann Redl Sr. founded the company together with his parents. In the early years, business activities focused on electrical installation technology, radio and television technology and the specialist trade in electrical appliances.
A coincidence – or an intuition – finally gave Hermann Redl Sr. the idea to start selling computerized dispensing systems. This decision proved to be trend-setting and led to his son, engineer Hermann Redl, then a recent HTL graduate, joining his parents’ business.
WORLDWIDE SUCCESS WITH SILEXA
A new era began when Hermann Redl, the current managing director and creative head of the Redl Group, took over the company in 2002. Under his leadership, innovative products and solutions were developed that are recognized worldwide. Today’s subsidiaries of the Redl Group, including the internationally successful SILEXA brand, are the result of this innovative strength. SILEXA is known for its modern self-service solutions and dispensing systems, which are particularly popular in the catering industry.
Thanks to its structure and tireless innovative spirit, the Redl Group is now an internationally recognized complete solution provider for tailor-made dispensing and POS systems as well as self-service solutions. Our systems and products are in use worldwide – from local restaurants to major international projects.
