The SILEXA Self-Serve Hub is located directly next to the espresso machine, vending machine, or tower and authorizes the transaction. Guests or employees identify themselves using the combined QR/RFID reader—for example, with a room key, keycard, wristband, app, or voucher. They then serve themselves. The hub is connected to PMS and HMS software via LAN or Wi-Fi. Each transaction is automatically charged—to the room bill at the hotel or to the employee card in the cafeteria. There is no checkout process, no coins, and no manual tally sheets.

GUIDED OPERATION, FULL INTEGRATION
A proximity sensor detects when someone approaches and launches step-by-step instructions on the 3.5-inch touchscreen. This works without training and without any guesswork. Sales figures, consumption per product, and utilization rates are automatically recorded and transferred to PMS, HMS, or POS. In the cloud dashboard, you can see all dispensing points at a glance: consumption for bag-in-box and kegs, sales and revenue analyses with heat maps and top sellers by location, as well as the history of all dispensing transactions with CSV export. In the event of a system failure, lost network connection, or low-stock alert, an immediate notification is sent via WhatsApp, email, or the dashboard.
