Wherever guests serve themselves at a post-mix dispenser, the same problem arises: No one knows exactly what’s being poured. Drinks are refilled multiple times, cups are shared, and some drinks aren’t paid for at all. Scan & Pour closes this gap. The guest pays at the register or at the self-service kiosk and receives a QR code on the receipt or in the app. At the dispenser, they scan the code, and the machine dispenses the drink according to the predefined rules. Without a valid code or RFID tag, nothing flows.

YOUR RULES, ENFORCED AUTOMATICALLY
You’re free to set your own distribution rules: quantities, validity periods, and user groups. Examples include “1 drink / 15 min” or “2 drinks / day.” This allows you to implement refill offers, free allowances, happy hours, or age restrictions without needing someone to stand by the machine. Predefined portions reduce spills and operating errors. QR codes are pulled directly from your existing point-of-sale system or generated by the hub itself. Soft drink dispensers with up to 12 valves can be controlled and monitored individually. In addition to post-mix systems, beer towers, vending machines, and espresso machines can also be integrated.
EVERYTHING IN THE CLOUD, ACROSS ALL LOCATIONS
When there are multiple dispensing stations, the cloud centrally verifies the validity of vouchers and tokens without the need for additional on-site hardware. This prevents a code from being redeemed at two stations simultaneously. The dashboard displays real-time consumption, sales, and fill levels of BIBs and kegs, along with heat maps by time and product, top sellers by location, system logs, and the history of all dispensing transactions with CSV export. Alerts via WhatsApp, email, or the dashboard immediately notify you if a station goes offline, a container is empty, or someone attempts to pour fuel with an invalid code.
