Room card or hotel app
The SILEXA Tower Combo allows you to pour still and sparkling magnesium-mineralized water as well as two different flavours from a single tower. It is ideal for use in conference rooms and offers maximum convenience and flexibility thanks to its compact design and 2.8″ touchscreen. Beautiful, freshly tapped carafes replace bottles and simplify operations by eliminating the hassle of carrying and chilling bottles of mineral water. The system contributes to an improved carbon footprint, offers different flavors and enables self-service during breaks, saving staff resources.
Offering hotel and restaurant guests round-the-clock catering no longer requires staff. Our self-service solutions are uncomplicated and easy to use. Snacks, beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks can be taken from the self-sufficient hotel bar using the room card. The bill is settled at the end of the stay via the hotel bill.
Extended payment options: Alternatively, guests can also pay conveniently by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at all bar machines. An age verification system can also be connected if required.
After check-in, guests can use their room key card or the QR code in the guest app—for example, at our SILEXA Draft Station, where they can pour up to two beers at a time—to serve themselves and pay for what they’ve consumed at the end of their stay.
Dispensers for soft drinks, as well as beverage, snack, and coffee vending machines, can also be connected via the SILEXA Self-Serve Hub using the room key or the app. You can keep track of everything with SILEXA Cloud Services—the dashboard for your SILEXA family.
