International Service Technician
(M/W/D)
Are you technically savvy, do you enjoy tinkering with innovative devices, and does the prospect of seeing the world professionally and working on international cruise ships excite you? Then Redl Technologies is the perfect place for you! To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a dedicated service technician who is willing to travel frequently.
Full-time (38.5 hours) – Immediate start
YOUR MISSION WITH US:
- Assembly & Preparation: You’ll build and test our innovative devices and systems at our workshop in Hollabrunn.
- On-site assignments worldwide: You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining our systems directly at our customers’ sites—with a particular focus on assignments aboard cruise ships operated by a wide variety of cruise lines around the world.
- Troubleshooting & Support: You will independently identify and resolve technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
- Customer Contact: You serve as our company’s technical representative both domestically and internationally, and you professionally train local contacts on how to operate the equipment.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
- Technical Training: You have completed a technical training program (e.g., mechatronics, electrical engineering, plant engineering, HVAC, or a comparable qualification).
- Willingness to travel: You love variety and look forward to regular assignments—some lasting several days or longer—around the world and on the high seas.
- Language Skills: Since you travel internationally and communicate with international shipping companies, a good command of English is a given for you.
- Experience in beverage technology? Not required! You don’t need any prior experience in this field—we’ll provide you with comprehensive training on our product line.
- Work Style & Personality: You work independently, are solution-oriented, and always keep a cool head, even in an international setting. You are known for your friendly and professional demeanor.
- Requirements: Valid Class B driver’s license; completion of military or civilian service
