Successful finale to the autumn trade fair season at "Alles für den Gast"
Looking back on “Alles für den Gast” in Salzburg, we are completely satisfied. This year, the industry’s leading trade fair is the last stop of an intensive trade fair fall. Together with our partners Trilex, TiPOS and Derenko, we were able to hold exciting discussions, strengthen partnerships and make new contacts.
The focus was on new products and innovations designed to make it easier for restaurateurs to take the step into the future – including the new generation of SILEXA dispensing systems and a wide range of self-service innovations. “In view of the current challenges in the industry, we expect a lot to happen in the coming years, especially in the area of self-service. As the market leader for self-dispensing systems in the USA, we can draw on extensive expertise and respond flexibly to customer requirements,” explains Managing Director Hermann Redl.
Pioneering dispensing technology
Constantly evolving and staying ahead of the competition – this is the motto of the family business from Hollabrunn as it presents the new generation of the successful SILEXA Dispenser Large. Several waiters can work at the same time, it’s no problem to take orders directly at the Dispenser Large and the option of connecting to the cash register is a matter of course.
The new generation now impresses with its powerful and future-proof operating system, an intuitive tablet-style user interface and an optional IoT connection to the SILEXA Cloud, so that pressure, temperature and empty messages can be received flexibly on various devices. With the help of the newly developed SILEXA Creator software, the dispensing system can be configured from a PC – even remotely if required.
Self-service – the beginning of a new era
What long belonged to the snack bar and canteen sector is now finding its way into almost all areas of gastronomy. Self-service makes life easier – for guests and restaurateurs alike. The decisive factor for success: the system must fit into the overall concept. To ensure that this really works, the self-service concept from Redl is deliberately flexible. Whether release by RFID card, QR code or cell phone app, whether prepay or billpay mode, whether cashless payment or coin-operated machine, whether a pure beer dispensing wall or a comprehensive self-serve station with snacks, coffee and drinks of all kinds – the end result is a tailor-made system that simply fits. In this way, all customer wishes can be realized, the guests are happy and sales increase for the restaurateurs.
