Buying detergent and washing-up liquid in new bottles is a thing of the past! There are refill stations in 126 branches of the drugstore chain dm throughout Austria. Customers buy an empty container once and can refill four different detergents and dishwashing liquids as often as they like on a self-service basis. Sustainability in shopping can be that easy!

The refill stations were developed by umdasch – The Store Makers with the support of Redl Technologies. umdasch approached us in search of an individual solution for their innovative liquid dispensers. The integrated technology makes it easy for customers to use: all they have to do is scan the barcode and place the bottle under the tap, and the refill starts precisely to measure, drip-free and hygienic.

The Liquid Dispenser has won several environmental awards that underline its contribution to sustainability.
