That was IAAPA 2023
This year, from September 26 – 28, we presented our individual draft and payment systems for the first time at Europe’s largest trade fair for the leisure and attractions industry. IAAPA Expo Europe is the leading trade association representing the diverse and ever-changing attractions industry. The show took place in Vienna with 633 exhibiting companies – professionals from all over the world gathered to explore the latest innovations, connect and increase the growth of the attractions sector.
Self-service systems quick and easy to operate
The demand and interest in our individual self-service concepts, where guests can serve themselves quickly and easily without having to wait for staff, was very high – this not only leads to shorter waiting times in amusement parks, hotel foyers, canteens, sports facilities or soccer stadiums, but also increases sales to the delight of the restaurateur.
State-of-the-art technology enables connection to various payment systems
Redl’s state-of-the-art technology, such as our SILEXA Dispenser Large, enables a smooth and cashless payment process using an integrated MDB interface and offers connection to a wide range of payment systems, such as Prepay, Billpay, debit cards, RFID cards (customer cards, room cards, locking systems, wristbands, etc.), QR or even barcodes. Integration into any other existing POS system is of course also possible.
Many interesting projects were discussed and planned in person during the trade fair.
